The ex-showroom price is the car's price at the dealer including GST. The on-road price adds everything needed to drive it legally: state road tax, RTO registration fees, the first year's insurance, TCS if the car costs over Rs 10 lakh, a FASTag and any dealer charges. Road tax is the biggest addition and varies by state, so the same car's on-road price differs from city to city; axler8 shows both, and computes on-road per registration city.
